Privileges Fixed

Some users have been unable to access secured areas of the website, to include troop photos. Apparently, when the hacker got into the site, he did a lot of damage. I continue to find bits of havoc here, and there. One of the areas that the Malicious Malaysian mutilated was the permissions for each user. He may have been trying to lock everyone out of the site to prevent it from being repaired. I have fixed the permissions, and everybody that should have access to secured pages and media, can now access it. I am aware that there are some other minor issues that still need to be fixed. If you happen to find one, please let me know, just so that I can make sure that I do get it taken care of…

Thank you!

School Night to Join Scouting

Please remember to join us for School Night To Join Scouting at Guffy Elementary School, Tuesday, September 4, 2012. This is an opportunity to welcome boys into the troop who are looking for a Scouting experience. We are working with Pack 830, on this Joint Venture, and will assist them in any way that they need on this night, as well. Please arrive as close to 6:00 pm, as possible, in as complete a uniform as you may have. Merit badge sash should be worn, if you have one.

Welcome Aboard!!!

“Welcome Aboard!” to our newest leaders, Steve Feldewerth (Assistant Scoutmaster), and Shannon Feldewerth (Committee Member). We also welcome Tom Vitello as he takes on the role of Committee Chairman, in addition to his current duties of Assistant Scoutmaster.

Adult Meeting

Don’t forget – This Tuesday, while the boys are planning for their open house, the Adults will have our own meeting. We will discuss the calendar of events, as the boys have completed, and also some leadership positions. We will also be discussing Troop finances. It is very important that ALL registered leaders attend, as this is a business meeting, as well. I have two leaders that can not make it due to other obligations. If for some reason, you can not make it, you must let us know.

Thank you.
