2011 Summer Camp Documents (Old)

Here, you will find the important forms, documents, and manuals for summer camp. The are organized into three categories: Scouts, Parents, and Leaders:

Scouts

Scout Packet – This is the Summer Camp Packet for all Scouts. It contains the list of items needed, information about the Voyageur program, Merit Badge Descriptions and prerequisites, and the different activities at camp.

Merit Badge Schedule – This is the schedule for the Merit Badges being offered at camp. Use this to create your schedule for the week.

Individual Schedule – All Scouts must complete the Individual Schedule. Those Scouts who are experiencing Boy Scout summer camp (with a Boy Scout Troop, not Cub Scout Pack/Den) for the first time will attend the Voyageur program. The Voyageur program meets daily, during the times indicated in blue on the schedule. Scouts attending Voyageur may sign up for merit badge classes that meet at 3:00 and 4:00, though it is highly recommended that all Scouts attend Free Swim with the Troop at 3:00, instead of work on merit badges. Use the Merit Badge Descriptions in the Scout Packet, and the Merit Badge Schedule (both above), to help you schedule your week.

Menu – Menu for the week… Yum, yum! I’m gonna get me sum!

Annual Health and Medical Record – Don’t forget that each Scout and Leader must have a CURRENT Annual Health and Medical Record on file, in order to participate in Summer Camp.
