Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge Workshop, Summer Camp Meeting, and Troop 501 Committee Meeting

On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, we will have a Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge Workshop during Troop Meeting. Be sure to download the Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge Pamphlet, as well as the Citizenship in the Community Workbook. All Scouts will be expected to have worked on their workbook. Keep in mind that Scouts are also required to attend a city or town hall meeting, or local or State Court hearing (refer to the Merit Badge Pamphlet and workbook for details), in order to earn the badge. We will keep you posted on any pre-work required, as well.

While the Scouts are working on their merit badge, we will have a Summer Camp Information Meeting and Committee Meeting. We have a few important items to discuss, such as funding, and Adult elections into the Order of the Arrow.
