Order of the Arrow Spring Conclave

The Arrowmen of Troop 501 are going to the Spring Conclave, at Beaumont Scout Reservation on April 12, 2014. We will not be camping during the weekend. Instead, we will leave from the church parking lot at 7:30 am. Be sure to eat breakfast, and bring a filled water bottle. Scouts need to bring as complete a uniform as they own, including campaign hat and Order of the Arrow sash (no merit badge sashes, please), and should be dressed, ready for work, upon arrival. There will be some, limited, facilities for changing. If you have not already purchased your tickets for the events, please visit www.ShawneeLodge.org, as soon as possible to do so. All Arrowmen will need the Program and Dinner ticket. Lunch will be provided by the troop. This is an opportunity to make progress in earning your “Bars,” or earning the Brotherhood Honour.
