Scouts of Troop 501 stopped by the Arnold Branch of the Jefferson County Library, after an outing, on March 24, 2012, and admired the Eagle Project lead by Billy Fisher. The project, a reading and activity center made of wood, and shaped like a fire truck, was created for the Rock Community Fire Protection District, of northern Jefferson County. They, in turn, donated the item to the library. The Activity Center was created to foster an increased interest in reading, and in fire safety. Great job, Billy!
